So I saw you delted the Halo Marathon Mod with the reason that it was fan content... so is there a no fan stuff rule on this wiki then? I was thinking delete it because it looks like it'll be never finished, but if you want to do no fan stuff that's cool too. I might ask you to reconsider though, big enough parts of the community are certainly part of the marathon experience.
Since third-party and fan-made content varies considerably in quality, I think it would be best to have articles about such content as a whole rather than individual articles for specific mods, etc. With individual articles, there would be a judgement call about what's good enough to include and situations such as the Halo mod where projects are abandoned. Aggregated articles such as "List of Marathon Mods" or "Third Party Scenarios" would be easier to maintain and reference and I think those would be appropriate to include here.
Awright, cool. I just wanted to make sure that sort of thing wasn't going to be cut out completely. Was thinking about adding a page for rubicon or other third party scenarios. The TTEP probably deserves a mention as well.
I just followed up on the talk page - I don't think it fits into the existing headings within the article, but a new "Background" or "History" section for each species page would be an appropriate place to mention it.
Looks good. I've been busy setting up a bunch of page templates on another wiki. I'll try to do the same here for species, character, level, etc. page types. I'll take a look at a species page on the Halo wiki, as you mentioned.
